Spirituality Diagrams

These diagrams illustrate spirituality in a modern way,
where it’s not buried in complexity and shrouded in mystery.
Let's uncover spirituality, open it up, and shed light on it.

Let us all realize
spirituality is simple, straight-forward, and achievable.

Spirituality Path and Chart

Included below are two diagrams —
the Spiritual Path and the Spiritual Chart.

The Spiritual Chart details some of the example steps and methods to progress on the spiritual path.

The spiritual path is non-religious. You could follow any religion or not, and still make progress on the spiritual path.

Making spiritual progress is entirely about quieting the mind. As you learn to quiet the mind, the greater you experience the sense of peace within you.

The spiritual path is a spiral with three steps. These three steps repeat and overlap until we get closer and closer to experiencing our soul.

The three steps are:

  1. Transforming our thoughts
  2. Maturing our perspectives
  3. Quieting our mind

These steps feed into each other. As we transform our thoughts and mature our perspectives, it allows us to quiet our minds. As we quiet the mind, it makes it easier for us to transform our thinking and perspective.

As we quiet the mind, we experience glimmers of the soul. The glimmers become stronger as we experience deeper states of quietude.

The ancient sages of India, the avatars of Gods, the prophets and messiahs have described the infinite happiness that exists within us.
