Your mind can be your biggest friend or worst enemy. Are you the slave or the master of your mind?
Your mind can be your biggest friend or worst enemy. Are you the slave or the master of your mind? Your mind holds the secrets for your success and happiness.
Most people cannot tell themselves apart from their mind. The identification with the mind is so strong, they feel they are their mind. There is no separation.
You are not the mind. You are the owner of the mind!
For most of us, even though we are the owner, the mind controls us. The mind, like a big, unruly dog, controls its owner. The owner is pulled by the dog and runs after the dog. A well-trained dog on the other hand does the bidding of its owner.
Similarly, you must learn to master your own mind! If you do that, your life will become far richer.
To master the mind, you must understand how it works, what drives it, and what calms it. Then with vigilance and regular practice you will gradually come to master your mind.

The day you gain mastery over your mind, you will experience an amazing sense of freedom and empowerment. You will then be able to choose how much you allow circumstances to affect you. You will be able to focus and concentrate the mind on things that matter the most to you. You will achieve greater success and a higher sense of happiness.
Most of all, knowing the difference between you and your mind may liberate you!
