Our entire existence, our entire life has revolved around thoughts. We think, hence we are, said a philosopher. Perhaps, there is a larger Truth than that.
We think, hence we are limited by our own thinking. When we transcend beyond thoughts into the infinite peace and tranquility, we experience and awaken to the true magnificence of life.
Sometimes, when we meditate, watching thoughts dispassionately is the beginning step. Then we need to transcend into the state where we are no longer observing the thoughts and are transfixed in just peace. We need to go beyond thoughts.
Do not be attached to your thoughts, do not resist them, do not be affected by them. If you get caught up in the thoughts it’s okay, do not chastise yourself, do not feel guilty, just go back to being. Just be. Soon thoughts will diminish, and if they don’t that’s okay, there is no need to be in a hurry. Let time do its thing. Just be. Be peace. Be peace with the thoughts that arise and be peace when the thoughts subside.
You are peace. Be who you are. Be peace.
