Impact of Meditation
Meditation is life transforming. It has the power to change our lives.
Do you know what is the most important thing when it comes to meditation?
Being Regular
Doing it regularly. Doing it consistently.
When we do it regularly, slowly but surely, we connect more and more with the peace within. The more peace we begin to feel the peace the more our life becomes golden.
There are hundreds of meditation techniques out there. It does not matter which one you use, as long as you meditate regularly.
Meditation Challenge
We are so busy in life, we have so many demands and distractions in life, remembering to do meditation every day is the challenge.
So, to help you, I have a meditation challenge for you. It is a very simple challenge. Anyone can do it.
So, the challenge this — every day, go to either Facebook or YouTube, whichever you prefer, and on this post, you write one of these statements:
- “I meditated today.” OR
- “I did not meditate today.”
And then add this statement at the end,
- “I am peace.”
That is it, that is how simple this challenge is. Please just do this every day.
Meditation Technique
If you are looking for a meditation technique, I have shared a simple meditation method in my video.
Things to Remember
- Please do not share how long you meditated
- Please do not share what was the quality of your mediation session
- Please do not share how many days you have meditated in a row
- The only thing you share is whether you meditated that day or not. That is it. Simple.
- Do not feel guilty if you did not meditate, just write I did not meditate
- Inform your friends/family members about this meditation challenge and encourage them to jin but do not force them
- Do not share with others how many days you have meditated or not. They can, of course, see it from your posts, but do not actively share. Do not meditation a social badge.
- Just meditate for the sake of meditating
- Remember, be regular and have no expectations
Impact of the Challenge
The most important thing about meditation is to do it regularly. The reason we record it here, is because, if write one of the two statements down every day, soon you will begin to meditate. And overtime it will become strong habit.
Meditation Feedback
People tell me they find it difficult to meditate.
Relax, relieve the pressure. Your job is simple. Sit down every day for a few minutes and relax. It does not matter how long you do it. It does not matter when you do it. Just find sometime during the day to sit down. Over time things will happen automatically and naturally.
Do not feel guilty if you did not meditate. There is no judgment here, no pressure.
