Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

The stress and anxiety due to the Coronavirus, stock markets crashing, job losses, businesses failing is high. We cannot change the situation, but we can manage and monitor our reaction.

Breathing deeply is a tried and tested method for reducing our stress and anxiety. It can bring our blood pressure down.

If possible, look at the situation a little dispassionately. Put a little distance between the situation and you. Turn off the TV, do not read the news on the internet, do not check your phone, take a walk in nature, spend some time with loved ones. Hug someone. Help someone.

Most importantly, breathe deeply to be calm. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

At your core, you are peace. Be who you are. Be peace.
