We judge co-workers, friends, family members, and even strangers.
If that is not enough, we judge ourselves, and we let others’ judgments affect us.
Judgment is a favorite pastime of human beings, but we must be careful not to judge, and protect ourselves from others’ judgments.
Judging others reduces our empathy. Letting others’ judgments affect us reduces our confidence and well-being.
It is okay to provide feedback when the intent is to help and support. Judgment, on the other hand, can be dismissive, punitive and uncaring.
If you judge and be judged, it will be difficult for you to be peaceful. Your mind will be caught up in the cycle of judgment.
Live and let live. Think before you judge.
At your core you are peace. Be who you are. Be peace.
