How many women priests or pastors do you know? If women are half the population, then why do we not see more women in religious leadership roles.
In many religious ceremonies, women take a back seat to men. Why is that? In the past, society has not allowed women to be ahead of men, and religion has not been different.
Religion may discriminate between men and women, but spirituality is all encompassing. Spirituality is not concerned with your gender. Men, women, transgender, all of us have spirituality within us, we all can access it equally.
